Returns Policy

At LASHALUXE, we're committed to delivering products that go beyond your expectations. For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges due to change of mind or incorrect orders. However, if you receive a faulty item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. You can return it within 14 days for a refund, replacement, or store credit.

To ensure a smooth return process, please make sure the product is unused and in its original condition. Once we receive and process your return, we will promptly update you on the next steps.

Please note: We will only cover the shipping cost for returns of faulty items. Returns that do not meet these conditions may be declined.
